Students should arrive no more than 10 minutes before their lesson begins.

Students are expected to wait in the lobby until their instructor comes out to get them.

No shoes may be worn in the dance studio or the vocal studio.

Students are expected to bring all necessary materials for them to be successful in their lesson - i.e. Proper dance shoes, water, etc.

• Should a student fail to bring the materials necessary for success, the instructor is not responsible for supplying supplementary materials or replacements.

Renaissance PAC reserves the right to cancel lessons on any given night due to inclement weather or studio emergency.

If a student is unable to attend their lesson, it is their responsibility to communicate their absence. Students/parents may call the studio phone at (402) 522-6126 or email info@renaissancepac.org to notify the staff that they will not be in attendance.

Should a lesson need to be rescheduled per an instructor conflict, the instructor will communicate with the student and find a rescheduled lesson time no less than 2 weeks in advance.

Renaissance PAC will reschedule up to 3 private lessons/year due to weather or studio emergency.

Cancellations made by the student are not subject to rescheduling, including illness, family emergency, or other conflicts.

Students at Renaissance PAC are required to enroll in autopay when enrolling in classes or lessons at Renaissance PAC.

Students in Private Dance Lessons are required to enroll in a minimum of one month’s worth of lessons. Bi-weekly and “one-off” lessons are not available at this time.

• Should a student wish to take a month off of lessons or not continue through the next month, the student must communicate this change 7 days before the end of the month.

Tuition is posted to accounts on the last day of each month, and charged to accounts on the first day of each month.
